When do Ivy & Rose deliver?

We deliver Monday- Friday between 9am and 5pm, excluding public holidays. Saturday deliveries are available for the local area only (Frenchs Forest, Belrose, Davidson, Forestville and Killarney Heights). NB. If the shopping cart will not accept your order, our shop may be closed as we are on holidays. Please send an email to hello@ivyandrose.com.au or check our Facebook page for details.

When is the latest I can place an order for same day delivery?

All orders need to be placed by 2pm to guarantee same day delivery. For Saturday orders, please place by 12pm.

Can I send an order on a Sunday or a public holiday?

We are closed on Public holidays and Sundays (except for Mothers day and Christmas Eve), therefore no deliveries will be executed on these days, however we will deliver as soon as we can on the next business day.

What suburbs do Ivy & Rose deliver to?

We deliver throughout the Northern Beaches, Sydney city & metropolitan areas, but we also provide the service of arranging your delivery to other areas both nationally and internationally.

Is there a delivery charge?

Except for Valentines Day, we offer $10 delivery to Frenchs Forest, Forestville, Belrose, Davidson & Killarney Heights. Delivery to the Northern Beaches and North Shore is $15, Sydney inner metro deliveries are $20, all other Sydney Metropolitan areas are $25. 

Can I change the delivery day?

Once your order has been processed and an invoice generated you will not be able to change the delivery day online. To discuss special circumstances you can contact the store. Depending on the amount of notice a different delivery day may be possible (except on Valentines Day).

Is there a minimum order?

A minimum order of $35.00 is required plus delivery charges.

How does Ivy & Rose manage perishable items during the delivery process?

All orders are sent from the shop within a 4 hour period, depending on location. All our bouquets are `wet wrapped` to ensure flowers are kept moist and all arrangements are topped up with water before they leave the shop.

What if I am not home to accept the delivery?

Before you complete your shopping order online, there is a section for special delivery instructions should recipient not be home to accept the delivery. If there are no delivery instructions your order will be left outside your front door or a suitable place. Ivy & Rose will take no responsibility for missing or damaged items. Should we feel there is no appropriate place to leave your order, Ivy & Rose courier will take it back to the store where you can either pick it up personally or we will re deliver at a cost. Two additional delivery charges will be applicable in this case, First cost is the return to shop charge, second will be re-delivery fee. Please note that it is important to provide us with as much information about the recipients address as possible including contact phone numbers.

What if something I ordered is not available on the day?

As flowers are seasonal, we will try to execute the order as close as request, however Ivy & Rose reserves the right to substitute where appropriate.
